Refund checks may be issued to customers for various circumstances including: disconnection of service, moved, deceased, credit balance, etc.
To request a refund, simply contact us at 1-888-745-2888. Please include your account information from your invoice and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
All Refund Requests are subject to approval by the regional manager or customer service manager. All Refund Requests must then be submitted to Accounts Payable for further approval and issuance of a refund check. Note, refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks.
