For each friend you refer who becomes a Vast customer you’ll receive a $75 credit. Once you refer a friend, our customer service staff will contact them. If they sign up for Vast Internet, TV or phone, your Vast account will receive a $75 credit!
Each referral will be processed in the order it is received. Calls to person(s) referred generally take 1-3 business days. You will be notified of any successful referral through your monthly bill.
Referral credit is applied after 60 days of service. A referring account must be active and in good standing to receive referral credit. A referral credit has no cash value and will not be refunded. Vast employees are not eligible for the referral program. The terms of this program may be changed at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
Referral must be initiated online prior to new customer’s subscription to Vast Broadband service. Installation of a new Vast subscriber must occur within sixty (60) days of the online referral. After sixty (60) days, the referral is no longer valid for this promotion. Both you and the referred friend must be a paying Vast customer in good standing for sixty (60) days before credit is processed. If the referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credit is forfeited. A referral credit has no cash value, is non-transferrable and will not be refunded. At the time of the referral credit, both the referring and the referred customer must be current in their payments or the credit will be denied.
