Recently, Vast Broadband upgraded several of our systems. These upgrades have resulted in service issues for some customers. I want to apologize for these problems and I hope any issues customers have encountered have been corrected.

We take great pride in the service we provide our customers, so I’m very disappointed that our transitions have not been as seamless as we expected. These initial transitions have included upgrading our call center phone and computer systems. These upgrades, once fully implemented, will enable us to provide more accurate billing, answer calls more quickly and resolve issues more efficiently.

As we continue to iron out the wrinkles in these new systems, I humbly ask for your patience and assure you we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. We are also committed to bringing our customers faster Internet speeds and soon additional TV content including more HD channels.
